If you are currently residing at the Glen at Hillcrest and need to request maintenance, report an issue, or submit a tenant complaint, the required forms are listed below or you may submit online. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the office.
Please note we take all complaints very seriously, so only submit the tenant complaint form if there is a serious and legitimate issue.
Applicants
Thank you for your interest in the Glen at Hillcrest! We would love to have you as our newest resident, but there are several steps that must be completed first. Also, certain personal information is required for the protection of you and all residents at the Glen at Hillcrest. Once all required forms have been submitted and reviewed, you will receive notification of approval or disapproval. Some things you need to know:
- There is a non-refundable $25.00 application fee per adult (18+).
- Each adult (18+) has to complete a separate application.
- Credit and background check conducted on all household members (and guarantors) 18 yrs and older.
- If you are under the age of 19 or do not have credit, you must fill out and submit the guarantor application.
- No pets allowed.
Below, you will find all the required forms to acquire a residency with us. All forms below must be submitted in order to review your application except the guarantor application when not applicable. Forms may be submitted my mail, fax, email, or hand delivered to our office. Please mail or deliver your application fee to our office. We do not accept cash or check for the application fee. Must be money order only.
